Policies & Charges
Payment Arrangements
If you are not able to pay your bill, a short term arrangement may be set up.
- $50 or 10% of your total bill (whatever is more) is due with guaranteed funds when signing an arrangement
If an arrangement is broken, you will not be allowed to set-up another for 12 months.
Payment Arrangement FormCollections
After the payment due date, collection notices are sent and disconnects for non-payment are made. Once service has been disconnected for non-pay, extra fees are charged for reconnecting.
If you are unable to pay your bill in a timely manner, please contact our office before the due date, and ask for an arrangement.
Deposits
When applying for electric service, a credit check will be ran. Based on your credit rating, a deposit may be charged. The deposit will be as much as $400 depending on ownership or rental status.
The billing system automatically returns deposits back to a members account as a bill credit, once they have met our criteria:
- Member is current 10 out of 12 months or;
- They pay on time for 11 consecutive months
