Your billing statement will show the actual amount of your charges. The levelized bill amount will be printed in the field labeled Total Levelized Amount Due. If the Total Levelized Amount Due is not paid by the time your next bill is printed, you will automatically be removed from levelized billing. You will have to bring your account back down to a zero balance before you can get back onto levelized billing. Please make your payment so it will be received in our office no later than the due date. If your payment does not reach our office before the next bill prints, your account will automatically be taken off of the Levelized Billing. There are no exceptions to this rule. If taken off Levelized for not paying on time, request must be made by consumer to be put back on the Levelized Billing again, and account must have a 0 balance.
