Capital Credit Refund

Capital credits are on their way to you! If you were a member in 1993-1994 and/or 1996-1997, capital credits will be refunded on bills sent on November 17 and December 2 (highlighted in yellow in the “Current Service Detail”). Have a safe and happy holiday season!
