Things are changing everyday as the COVID-19 crisis brings new challenges. Our lobby is closed to help prevent further transmission of the virus.

We have many ways to serve you from a distance, whether that’s on the phone, via email, through our SmartHub app, or our website. We will be available to answer your questions, even if we can’t greet you face-to-face.

IURC (Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission) has extended the disconnection moratorium until August 14.

We will not be charging late fees or disconnecting for non-payment at least through October 12th. However, we encourage you to still pay what you can to avoid a large bill when restrictions are lifted. We will be drafting payments on schedule if you have an automatic payment set up with credit card or bank account.

When we do disconnects in October, you will be notified by phone or text message that we will be disconnecting. When our service man does go out to disconnect in October, we will no longer do courtesy door knocks for safety purposes.

Payment options:

  1. Place payment in the drop box located at our office in the circle drive. Also, a drop box is available at Horizon Bank on 2nd Street, next to McDonald’s, in the far right lane of the bank drive through.
  2. Use the My Account link without having to login
  3. Use our SmartHub app on your phone or tablet.
  4. Call 24/7, (844) 344-4369 to use our automated pay by phone system.
  5. Call M-F, 7:30-4:30, (812) 372-2546 to speak to a customer service representative.
