Annual Meeting and Voting Information

The Annual Meeting of Bartholomew County REMC will be held virtually on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 7 p.m. to take action on the following matters:

• The reports of officers, directors, and committees.
• The election of one director each from Districts 2, 5, and 7.
• The election of one nominating committee member each from Districts 2, 5, and 7.
• All other business that may come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

In connection with the election of 3 directors and 3 nominating committee members scheduled for this meeting, nominations have been made by the nominating committee pursuant to the bylaws.

Members who vote in the election will receive a $5 bill credit. A meet and greet will be held at the fairgrounds on June 24. Members who attend the event will receive $25 in fair food vouchers.
