make your payment. We are
working hard to make this
process as simple and convenient
as possible for you, our
members. Your REMC payment
options:
AMPS - Automatic Monthly
Payment System
Upon a completed application
signed by you, we can deduct
your monthly bill automatically
from your credit/debit card,
checking or savings account. The
application is available
here.
Online –
Simply click on My Account.
You can pay online directly
using your credit/debit card, or
your checking or savings
account. Your login is the first
part of your account number
before the dash. If your account
number is 34678-01, your login
will be 34678. If you haven’t
logged in before, your temporary
password is printed on your
bill.
Office –
You may stop by our office at
1697 W. Deaver Rd. anytime
Monday through Friday during the
hours of 7:30 am -4:30 pm to
make your payment in person. A
drop box is located there to
drop your payment off at any
time.
Over the Phone –
Call our office at 372-2546
anytime Monday through Friday
during the hours of 7:30 am
-4:30 p.m. to pay over the
phone. We will accept
MasterCard, Visa and Discover or
check by phone.
Downtown Location –
You may drop off your payment
at Salin Bank
located at 655 Third St.,
Columbus, during banking hours.
Lobby:
M-Th 9-5, F 9-6, Sat. 9-12.
Drive Up:
M-Th 9-5:30, F 9-6, Sat. 9-12.
Mail –
Mail your payment with your
remittance. Please allow
sufficient time for payment to
be received. If you have any
doubt, deposit it in our drop
box at 1697 W. Deaver Road for
the quickest processing time.
Payment
Arrangement/Disconnect Day
If you are not able to pay your
past due amount, an arrangement
may be set up. This must be done
in the office prior to the
disconnect date printed on your
bill. 10% down payment of your
total bill is due when signing
an arrangement. Your 30 days
past due amount must be paid by
4:30 p.m. on the day prior to
the disconnect date printed on
your bill to avoid disconnect.
If you receive a disconnect
notice on your bill, please call
to make a payment or visit our
office immediately to make a
payment arrangement.
